I'd need someone to help me develop a proper diet/meal plan; I am in desperate need of someone who could really give me proper advice and tools to do so since I'm getting ENGAGED in less than a year!!! 
Any and ALL suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Currently:
Slow Metabolism
Height: 6'1
Weight: 235lbs/240lbs
Body type: Bulky with a beer belly
Goals:
Speed up metabolism
Shed roughly 30lbs
Get lean, cut & toned
Maintain the weight
I don't need any criticism for my goals & I don't expect it to just happen, I'm determined and I don't expect it to happen overnight. Other than that, gimme a shout!
