I need help, am I over doing my vitamins and minerals

This is what I am taking and it is in the dose shown on the bottle. opti- men, vit C, D3 400mg, Fish oil, calcium Magnesium and zinc, ZMA, Flex a min, and a probiotic along with Protein whey and casein I am trying to lose wt and add muscle thanks
 
Loosing weight and adding muscle won't happen at the same time. And that's not too much for vitamins, i'm sure most of us on here are taking a lot more than that.
 
thank you for your answer. I should have said adding muscle to burn more fat. i am looking forward to working through this journey to change my body in a positive way again thank you.
