Hey guys-
I am suffering trying to overcome a bad shoulder.
I had an impact injury long ago, and had an avulsion fracture of the humeral head. (it's where the arm bone attaches to the shoulder joint. It separated bad enough to pull a chunk of bone out)
I had surgery to correct it, but since then, I've separated it to a lesser degree a few different times.
Now, I'm trying to build some upper body strength. I've been doing seated Arnold presses with light weight. VERY light weight, because it hurts like hell.
Any advice?
