I need help mixing 5000iu HCG!

I mixed 3ml of water with 5000IU of HCG, I have a 50unit Insulin syringe... how many units on the 50unit insulin syringe do I need to pull up to have 125IUs?

You need to know the volume of your syringe... sounds like it's one half mL (or cc) (50 units of U100 insulin). Assuming that's right:

5000iU/3mL = 1666iU/mL * 1 dose/125iU = 13.333 dose per mL or 0.075 mL per dose

That's 7.5 ticks on your syringe.

10 unit mark would be 166.6iU, so 3/4 of the way there is what you want. Make sure you confirm that your syringes are 1/2cc.
