I need help with DIET.. Can you guys please help

I am thinking about using 3J help, but I wanted to see if I can pull this off on my own before hiring him.


Jan 20th 2010 I was 341 lbs size 48 pants
I am currently 242-245 size 36 pants

Break down of my workouts are

Every am (Mon- Fri)7-8 I do 10 miles on the stationary bike. Takes approx 38-39 minutes and burn 350-375 calories
Then I lift in the pm 6 days a week, sometimes 7.
chest/tris abs
back/bis abs
shoulders/legs

I have been doing the Leangains IF for a week. No eating after 8pm till noon the next day. Meaning I am fasting for 16 hours.
I do drink aminos before my work out and a casein protein shake with blueberries at 8pm..

I am 6'2 and really wanna lean out before I start my cycle Jan 2nd.. Going to Punta Cana March 22-26 and I need to be shredded.


Please help me lay out a meal plan..

Well, first off, I would say change your cardio. HIIT is the way to go for maximizing your cardio. Mess around with some interval work such as 45 seconds on, 45 seconds off, and repeat for 10 intervals.

Go with 3J for diet. All I hear is awesome feedback, so if you want to be shredded for vacation, he is your best bet.
