I Need Inner Pec Movement.

Ummmm, there is no such thing really as an inner pec since the fibers run horizontally and not vertically and therefore you can not make that distinction!

Also, the chest contracts as a whole so there is no way to isolate a certain part of it! You can however put extra stress on the upper and lower heads individually.

Some claim that holding the peak contraction at the top for a few seconds extra helps. Imho it just takes time so just concentrate on adding mass to the pecs and they should fill out in time!

jhov is correct, however, you can still find exercises that give you a tighter contraction over all. Think of it like this... You do concentration curls for biceps and get a strong contraction but a weak stretch.. (if you do it right), then you do incline dumbell curls, where you get a GREAT stretch, but average contraction...

Likewise with chest. I find that medium grip flat bench presses cause a greater contraction in the inner chest area. And doing cable crossovers utilizing only the last 1/3 of the movement (no need to stretch back) keeps the fibers fresh as you expand all possible energy on that contraction area.

Pec deck seemed to help fill out my chest overall, this one has handles that move dynamically, not fixed.
