I Need of a LOT of Help!

Sorry about the long newbie post in advance. First I should start off by saying I am a newbie by all means of the word. The last time I seriously worked out was 10 years ago playing football in junior high. I'm 25 years old, and I'm seriously overweight. I have no idea what my body fat percentage is, but I'm 6'0" @ 270lbs so you can take a guess.

My case is going to be a lot different and a lot more difficult from the average person registered here, mainly because of the fact that at this moment I could care less about gaining any muscle.

The reason I came here was because building muscle is definitely something I plan on doing in the future, but my main goal is to cut like crazy for at least the next 8-12 months before even thinking about bulking. On top of planning to weight train in the future, I also thought that a place like this would have some of the best training and dieting advice on the net.

I just signed up for my first gym, but I don't know where to start. I've been doing 2-5 miles per day on the elliptical, but that's it. If anybody can recommend a workout and a diet for a beginner, I would be eternally grateful. Just remember that I am a TRUE beginner, and if I start too fast I'm going to burn myself out. I'm sore as hell just from that 2-5 miles. Think about how difficult cardio is for you guys that have 100lbs of extra muscle. Imagine doing it with 100lbs of extra FAT with no muscle and then think how it would feel!

Working out with all this excess weight is pretty unbearable. I read the post somewhere that recommended you lose a percentage of bf and THEN add in some chemical help, but I think the opposite makes more sense. If I can add something that could help me drop some serious weight fast, and then lower the dosage or discontinue once it is a little bit easier for me to workout, I think I will have a much greater chance of success.

What kind of diet and what kind of regiment would you recommend? For me heavy anabolics are a year or so away, but what about Clenbuterol and Cytomel T3? I've been researching things like crazy, and that seems like the best fit to start out with. I really need a lot of advice and help, and I plan on documenting my transition here on the forums. My plan is to post pictures along the way showing my progress. Any advice would help, I'm in this for the long haul!

My gym doesn't have any of that electronic equipment to get a 100% accurate result, but using 3 calculators that I found on google:

1st Calculator just took age, sex, height, weight, and waist:
"You have a Body Fat Percentage of 29.84%."

2nd Calculator took like 20 different measurements, but a note said it tends to be a lot higher if most of your weight is in the middle of your body which mine is:
"Your body fat percentage is estimated to be 36.01 % using the U.S. Army body fat algorithm, or 37.82 % using the U.S. Marine body fat algorithm, or 34.51 % using the U.S. Navy body fat algorithm, or 26.05 % using the formula developed by the YMCA."

3rd Calculator took more measurements than the 1st but less than the 2nd, I'm guessing is the closest to the truth:
"You have 34.5% body fat.
You have 93.2 Pounds of fat and 176.8 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water)."
