Im training at home and I have all I need except for a damn lat machine....I need some ideas on working on my back and lats working with free weights...I already do barbell rows...Dumbell rows...lat raises..anything else you bros have in mind...let me know
pretty much covers it.
superman is a lower back exercise, while lying on you stomach, you lift your arms and legs up either simutaiously or the opposite limb (left arm with right leg). strengthens the lower back, along with your glutes and hams. I wouldnt consider this an essential movement by any means though.....

incline dumbell rows.
One arm dumbell rows
Pullovers
barbell rows
T-bar rows w/ the v handle
get a Chin-up bar and put it in a door way, that way you can do them
