I need to change my routine...need some help

right now i am doin mon: back and bi's Tues: chest and tris Wed: off
thurs: shoulders Fri: Legs Sat and Sunday: off

I do 12 sets for major muscle groups and 9 sets for the smaller ones.

I was thinkin of doin more sets maybee like 15, and do chest /back by themselves and then do arms on the same day. what do you guys think?
 
i assume your gains have stopped (stale mated) if you need to change your routine. if your gains are still coming why change it? =0l
