HAY GUYS I AM NEW IN THIS FORUM & I WORKOUT FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS 1ST PLAY JUDO THEN BODY BUILDING THEN I MARRIED & BEGIN TO TRAINING 4 DAYS A WEEK AT THE GYM PLS. I NEED ANY BODY HELP & ANY INFORMATION CAUSE I BEGIN TO TRAIN NOW FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS & I FEEL NO GAIN ALSO INJURIES START TO ATTCK ME THANXS FOR ANY REPLY
