hit the delt today no prob. only thing that was kinda tough was aspirating since you gotta use the backs of your fingers

Awesome... very cool! Fortunatley you don't need to aspirate a large amount, just want to make sure you don't withdraw blood when pulling back.

Speaking from an EMS POV, one thing to bear in mind with delts is that no more than 2ml is recommended for the average sized person.

i never aspirate. never have and never had any problems.

just inject and let it rip!

I'm glad you haven't run into problems by not aspirating! Depending on how often you inject you might just be one lucky guy. Always aspirate, for safety's sake. It takes a couple seconds and one oil embolus can ruin your whole day.
