i wanna loose fat n harden up please help..

i was juicen b4 but then i dropped off.. n i lost all gains n strengths n stopped working out i got fat n lil man titties to.. im 5'11 253lbs..

what should i take n what kind of diet will help me burn fat n harden up Fast,,, i have a stable connection so ican get ahold of almost nething.. please help me out.. i dont wanna be fat n out of shape nemore..
 
i jus got back into the gym slowly jus some treadmil n pool .. i injured my shoulder at work so i go to physical therepy for that but almost completed that n fully healed so i dont lift yet.. i started purchasing healthy foods low carbs, more fruits vegtables, lots of chicken n fish some red meat. lots of water, but i have a sweet tooth that needs to b controlled.. im jus gettin back in so im lookin for a diet plan.. n a fast way to get back into shape.
 
blonde.... I eat oatmeal for breakfast... 9am 90 cal bar 11 apple 1230 two chicken breast brown rice 2 sugar free pudding 4 protein shake before workout.... dinner chicken or turkey sweet potatoe? for boddbuilding but not get fat is this ok? keep in mind i have the "fat gene" lol
