I want muscle and virilization

I am 21 and looking to transform my body. My goal is to gain muscle and virilization. I know this sounds weird, but I am FTM(Female to male transgender). I cannot go see a doctor, get diagnosed with gender identity disorder and get a Rx for testosterone. If I could do that I would. I have PCOS so my testosterone levels are a bit higher naturally. I know the cycle will be less effective, but I don’t want to inject. I’ve been trying to educate myself so I wouldn’t be asking newbie questions, but there is so much information here, it’s a lot to take in, especially with my learning disabilities. I really don’t know where to start so any advice or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

A few questions.. why do you not want to inject?
Do you have the clinical depression that is associated with PCOS?
What are you doing now to gain muscle, diet/training wise?
What are your current stats?

If I lived by myself I would try to inject. However, I live with my grandparents, its close to campus, and I'm going to inherit the house so rather use my money for other things. If they come across pills I can just say they are vitamins. Explaining needles will be much harder. I assume I will be horrible at it and end up getting a really bad infection or something.

Being transgender, I'm not the happiest camper. Sometimes I get really depressed, but I'm normally pretty stable.

I've been working on being able to eat more. Which I have achieved. My stomach was unable to hold enough food to make a muscle building diet possible. I know that sounds funny, but before my goal was too lose fat. I lost 30 pounds of fat was down to 130, sometimes weighing in a little under that. That is as low as I have ever been in my adult life. I used to be about 200 pounds, maybe even more. I was pre diabetic and overall very unhealthy. After getting to 130 it just made my boobs seem bigger and my shape more feminine. I've decided I want to gain muscle. My current diet is far from clean. I've gained about 15 pounds back, but I don't really care about the extra pounds of fat. Even though that gives me a high BMI, I think its an ok weight for me. I think my muscle tone is naturally higher. My mom can barely lift a 40 pound bag of soil. I was carrying them 2 at a time for her with no problem. Shes not old either, shes 30 something.

By the way, I am a vegetarian. I was born into it. Starting to eat meat is not worth the lectures it will bring. I will eat stuff that comes from animals just not the animal itself. I'm ok with hidden ingredients like gelatin and what not.

Height 5'5
Weight 140-150
Chest 37 a shirt with a chest of 37 wouldn't fit me. I normally get a 39-41. I measured right above my boobs. I got DDs :/
Waist at belly button 36
Hips 38
Forearm 10.5
Bicep 14
Neck 16
Wrist 6.5

I really think you need to figure out a way that you may possibly use needles. It will be beneficial for you in the long run.

In the mean time i guess you could research Dbol if you want virilization.

It's gonna be really hard to make those DD's go away...Assuming you and I, look alike physically except for the breast size part (34B) and the fact that you're taking testosterone.

I'm 5'5'', I weigh 150lbs, I'm a size 9 in jeans.

Pay attention to the guys here, they really know their steroids. I can help you with excercising. I ask you, do you excersice? Not bags of soil, but an excercise routine.

I would start with sprinting, at least 3-4 times a week. I would run in basketball court, run as fast as you can to the other side, and walk back to where you started. Do that 6 times everytime you do it. Push ups, and bench press work a your whole chest area, and to make those DD's go away, you gotta do a lot of any of those. If you don't have a barbell and a bench, you can do push ups, if you can't, try variations of it.

The fact that you're taking testosterone, it's supposed to make you a lot stronger, like a man, even if you don't look it. You don't eat meat, so you need to get your protein someplace else, whey protein is really good. I would't suggest creatine because it makes you gain weight really fast, increasing water retention in your body.
