I want to get ripped and lean but need some advice

I'm not a hardcore body builder like most people that will ready this... I'm 5'11 14 st and about 17% body fat, which is pretty bad.

I've been training for a while, lost over a stone in fat and want to get ripped. I need to loose more fat and get lean.

Would you recommend test, clen or anavar or would you stack?

My diet is immaculate, train 4 / 5 times a week. I'm not looking to get big but lean, with some gains and strip fat...

I've got 10 weeks till my holiday and like all of us want to take short cuts.. I've been taking Grenades for 2 months and they have helped a bit but want to step it up...

I've done research but everyone has to start somewhere! Hope I've come to the right place.

Any suggestions?
 
Cheers, I train for at least 2 hours every time i go, 1 hour 25 cardio and 45 minutes weights and have been training for about 3 months, really low carbs high protein...

In truth I'm looking for something that will help get to be where I want faster than doing it naturally.
 
You dont need anything other than cardio and get your diet in check..either count calories or carbs and stick with it.
 
Reason why I'm interested is that a guy at work is taking growth hormone and was taking to me about clen, test and avavar so after spending a week or so researching, thought I'd ask everyone else
 
if your goals were different other than what you stated I would say go for it. But really you dont need anything other than cardio and diet with the time frame that your working with.
