I used to use them sipped on throughout the day, I have since switched to our MAP using this protocol with better results.
Nice, I agree with your thoughts on MAP, I think it has a slight edge on our ibcaa's. Ifbb pro Troy Alves uses bcaa's right before bed. I thought that was a little peculiar but it seems to have worked for him.
I think a combination may be ideal as opposed to just one solo.
I'd like to simply mix the ibcaa with Xtend to make the xtend last a bit longer. Since plain amino acids taste like garbage
The 2 only things id add to ibcaa's are Leucine and crystal light.

^^^ this.....the map is decent, and with gatorade very good
adding more aminos ontop of bcaa's....you like your drinks gritty or something???
to any pp rep......im cutting hard now, do any of you drink map all day....say add a scoop or two to each L of water....and just sip it all day a la xtend

Since Leucine is already in there, why would you add Leucine to iBCAAs?
While you're at it, why not just hook up an IV and have it drip into your veins all day long?
Im finding taking 1 scoop of MAP ( 10 grams ) about 6 to 8 times a day is really helping me physique and strength wise. The intraveneous idea is cool but not needed.
It's a great addition to a protein shake, more BCAAs means a more anabolic response. I sip them throughout my workout, just add some lemon/lime for flavor.
