But I also use sustain alpha, endo amp and toco-8 all the time. So I'm perpetually on the TRS. lol
 
I'm using the 5/2 scheme right now for this bottle. Next bottle will be straight dosing to see the differences.
 
Oral I had the same well-being effect I get with the TD, however with the TD libido was through the roof and I "felt" recovered faster in PCT
 
THought this post would be of use to those using iBCAA:

There are many ways to boost GH naturally. Deep sleep + low blood sugar + hyperaminoacidemia is a consistent, cheap and simple way to do this.

- Stop eating carbs at least 2hrs before bed
- Take 1-2 gbols
- Take a scoop of EAA or BCAA or protein powder, or some Mucuna (l-dopa), or an arginine based stack, or whatever you normally use to promote GH levels.

I'll be trying this soon...
 
Add magnesium to that list as well. I've taken GDA's close to bed to induce a quasi-ketotic state and have noticed better sleep, but nothing noticeable in terms of body comp.
 
Bcaa's are widely used by lifters and may only be behind Protein powder and Creatine as far as most used supplements go.

Who here is using Ibcaa's, when and how much? Thoughts and feedback are welcome too.

It's unflavored, so its taste leaves something to be desired, but a little flavoring helps. They are instantitized, however, which makes a huge difference in mixing. Most BCAA products do a shitty job in my opinion of mixing.
 
Oh yeah bro def on the mixing. I love protocol but it never mixes well, however it taste really good so it cancels the not mixing well out lol. I still remember taking my first horsepill Amino's made by gnc years agoooooo lol.
