IGF-1... Help to make an injectable!!!

Hey... Was wondering if any og you guys in here could help me with making an injectable version of freeze-dried IGF-1 Long R3 powder?? I was wondering what would be used to mix the powder with, and in which amounts, how to do it and storage???

I think most simply reconstitute with straight BA.
