Igf-1 lr3 + peg mgf VS ghrp-6 + grf 1-29

Hi guys, I have been reaserching peptides and was wondering if I could have some advice.

I have no prior experience with peptides/AAS but am intrested in peptides because I believe it's a safer option for now.
I'm 23 years old and have been lifting for 2 years my diet/training is strict and I'm very into the gym anyway.

I'm wondering which would be better for lean muscle and how long to run etc
I'm going to run either both ghrp-6/ipamorelin+ grf 1-29
100mcg 3x a day morning post workout and night
Ghrp-6 in morning and post workout for the appetite stimulating benifits I'm not sure how long to run for however.

Or igf-1 lr3 and peg mgf, and perhaps you guys could assist me in dosages and when to run.

I may have confused some of you but the question I want answered is option A or B better for my needs and why thanks allot.
