I'am thinking about adding IGF-1 LR3 to my next cycle. I have read alot about it, but still have some questions.
1. There are different opinions on how to inject it. I'am very confused. Some people say bilateral in the muscle your going to work out. I then assume IGF-1 LR3 is localized effect only. But alot of people says to do subq? I then have to conclude it does not have a localized effect?
2. When to dose it? Some people say pre-workout and some says post-workout?
Any advice is welcome! I just want to utilize it to the best possible effect.
