Igf-1 lr3

I'am thinking about adding IGF-1 LR3 to my next cycle. I have read alot about it, but still have some questions.

1. There are different opinions on how to inject it. I'am very confused. Some people say bilateral in the muscle your going to work out. I then assume IGF-1 LR3 is localized effect only. But alot of people says to do subq? I then have to conclude it does not have a localized effect?

2. When to dose it? Some people say pre-workout and some says post-workout?

Any advice is welcome! I just want to utilize it to the best possible effect.

Problem is, if for example you do arms (biceps+triceps+forearms) you inject in the BOTH biceps? So does that mean 80mg should be divided in 40 in each arm?

1) IGF has SYSTEMIC EFFECT... ALL OF IT IS! this site growth BS is minimal and over thinked in my opinion.
I just rec Subq in belly for it all...
2) alot will argue, i rec 1-2 hrs AFTER workout on workout days, and on off days about the same time of day.

I dont feel pinning IM is worth the hassle or scar tissue. but both ways will work.

dont bother with site growth . youmight notice some swelling though and think its muscle all a sudden, i seen it happen...

even if you wanted to stress over doign it liek this igf1 des or igf1 would probibly be better, yet still minimal if anything.
 
I pin mine sub-q maybe 30min to an hour after I get home from my workout.. Running another 2 weeks before I take a short break.

I swear that I look leaner everyday!

Subq it is then...in the belly just as HCG. Bought my IGF LR3 and PEG MGF for a bridge after i finish my PCT with my current cycle.
