extremely difficult to get real IGF-1 that is from a recombinant source and folded correctly. If you buy it from a peptide synthesis company it will be no good and not folded. IGF-1 is like insulin or HGH in that it has to be made biopharmaceutically (fermented in bacteria, or yeast, etc, then purified).
