Here is my summary
After much reading and overall shitty feeling for to long, lack of progress in the gym and actually going backwards for awhile. I asked for a blood test.

"you are kind of young (33) for testosterone issues"

test came back at 350 test
androgel.... then more androgel..... then another test 187 test level. It was worse.
Then 200mg per month, all at once. Then blood test then 500mg per month and again one dose, once a month. a total hormonal rollercoaster. I read and read and said "hey how about100mg per week" "I can inject myself my girl is a Nurse she can do it" "no you cant have testosterone at home, that is illegal" " If you want more shots it your Butt but you have to come in the office to get the injections" and there was this statement
"You know this testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is kind of new and not much information out there. THere is just not much info in the medical journals but I have 5 or 6 patients on 500mg per month"

I finally called Chip and have started to become a normal human male again

lol was told "go on androgel" I said "NO, that will get onto my gf" the he said "ok what about androderm patches" After using $500 worth in 1 month, patches fall off like no other, went through 2 boxes of 30 a month. Then I got on Test-c at a low 75mg a week that I get to inject myself with works great, need to up it to 150 a week :D

Thanks to Cash for getting this going!

I went to my GP recently, mostly out of concern for a series of nagging injuries. Anyway, to make a long story short, he ordered some blood work and wrote the following down for me:

Sleep
Nutrition
Exercise

No shit. I still have this marvel of modern medical genius upstairs. I'm going to frame it, and send it to the Mayo Clinic. I have no doubt that it should reside right next to the first artificial heart, and the first vial of polio vaccine.

Oh, and by the way, he penned this masterpiece after asking me about my nutritional and exercise habits, and supposedly listening to the response.

The most intelligent thing Ive heard come out of a doctors mouth lately: I don't know. I'll look into it. This came from my "sleep disorder" specialist. It's good to know that unmitigated arrogance hasn't overtaken all MDs yet.
