ok heres the deal

i need your recommendations and guidance
as my name says...im weak
ive always been underweight and lazy
and basically im sick and tired of it

now that ive stopped playing hockey my excercise has slowed down to basically a stand still and of course im gaining weight..but in a bad way

so with my new found motivation
i need a point in the right direction
i dont want to be huge, just have some definition
and to be in better shape overall

right now any comments would help
im looking for everything from eating habbits, to workout routine
to staying motivated


any help is appreciated
 
It's hard to just give you a detailed plan. There is a lot of valuable information on this site. I suggest that you use the search tool to help you get started. Try different things and find out what works best for your body.

Well said, also keep in "mind" of what brought about your new found motivation which will hopefully give you the "drive" to achieve the disired physique you want. Play smart and hard bro..

HUGE = GOOD

In all seriousness bro, use the search feature on here to find out some great information. I'd recommend the 5x5 workout program shown in the sticky on top of this page, BUT I don't know how it would work for a beginner (PM Needsize and see what he says about a beginner doing it). There is also some good diet advice on here, and as bad as I hate to say it, pick up some of the bodybuilding magazines out there....Muscle&Fitness and the like have a lot of great information for beginners.
