I am 21 and have been training for about 2 years very strictly. I dont follow a specific diet counting every single carb and protein but I eat 6 times a day and I train consistently 5 - 6 days a week. I am about 88 kg and lean and my height is 6 foot 1 - 2. My plan is to bulk up for 4-5 months, then cut up and hit just one cycle of steroids and then maintain it. By then Ill be nearly 22 years old. Do you think if I took it with Nolvadex, clomid and took the right dosages, I can get away with no permanent side effects?

Why run a cycle when your basically naturally on a cycle? Have some patience. Get your training and diet down pat (and dont tell my you already do because if you did you wouldnt be asking this question). You have plenty of time to grow bro...no sense on risking fk'n yourself up this early in life. 24 - 25 years old is the earliest I would start. I didnt start till I was 29

I am seeing a new trend with people my age gearing up and they arent really going through alot of side effects thats why I thought maybe I can hit one cycle and maintain it till im 24-25 and then hit another one. That ofcourse taken with all the precautions and relevant drugs to prevent side effects also. This one cycle would potentially change my life, therefore my question is is it really that bad in terms of side effects considering I will be nearly 22.

I appreciate your help. Also, Do you know where I can get a proper diet from?

do you think this is good?

bro the side effects are not what you should be worried about. And this "trend" you are talking about is just waves of idiots not researching what they are doing to there endocrine system. Your not gonna see bad shit right away but come another decade they will most likely be having issues. This is a long term game. Longevity is the goal. Get a real diet and that will change your life. I promise.

Go to the diet section here and 3J can hook you up

If you've done the proper research and your confident enough to do, do it. Nobody else is going to make your mind up if your ready or not but you.

First cycle I'd do 100-150mg of Prop EOD for 12 weeks. Make sure you have all the required PCT ready BEFORE you start your cycle. Such as Nova + hcg.

Seen alot of people getting steroids and doing the course and having no PCT before or after the cycle, they loose their gains and shutdown their body. So in regards to that DO YOUR RESEARCH, eat right, sleep tight.

There are dangers associated with starting AAS so young... I hope you've researched them. Another thing to consider is that after your cycle, you will essentially be a natural bodybuilder again for the rest of the year! What you do with this time, the "time-off," will define you as a body-builder and pave the road for gains in future cycles. I started AAS with a buddy. I researhed my cycle and PCT, my buddy did not. We both had great results. In some ways, his gains were better than mine. After the cycle, my bud said, "f**k natural body building." He stopped going to the gym and did no post cycle therapy (pct). I did my PCT, and used my "time-off" to learn to eat like a body builder, and to train like a bodybuilder. I took the time to fix my mistakes. Six months later, when were out together, it's my body that gets all the attention and compliments. He looks the same as when we started. I think what the vets are telling you is to become a bodybuilder first. Add AAS later, when your body has matured (inside as well as out). AAS can only take you so far. You still have to lift those heavy-ass weights and eat like a mofo!

Good read mate.
But PCT is vital as i said above, make sure you have it BEFORE you get your roids. It's a must to have during your cycle and a must to have after. Your young yes, but I've known young folks from 18 plus who have juiced and have gotten great results with little to no problems at all. If you do your homework, you eat right, sleep well and have reached your natural potential. Go for it mate.

Also you don't need to post thread asking people what you need and what to do. I did that and quickly learned if you search this forum your bound to find all the answers you need. Google search is definite help as well mate.

Good luck to you, if you start your cycle Prop only post up a log so I can have a look to see how your going with it.

You're too young, haven't been training long enough, and you're too small. I'd focus on diet and keep training hard - you'd be surprised how much progress you can make if you are determined enough.
