Im a Starter and im looking for some help please

I've been working in the gym for 2 months only..when i first entered i weighed 110 lbs..i took protein shakes and a creatine for 2 months and gained only 9 pounds .. im seeking on gaining more pounds and muscles in a faster manner..so i hope u can help me guys..my friend told me to take deca or testo but i wanted to make sure that it will not affect me negatively..
 
Welcome ,you don't need AA's at your age your own test is trhough the roof ,wait till your 23 years old and stick around and learn from the board, check out our diet forum to get free diet tips from 3J, you'll be amazed what you can accomplish with the correct diet & training.
 
i recommend a 52weeks cycle of food. 6 meals a day, lots of protein, and heavy compound lifts.
 
food > protein shake

if you want to use protein shakes use em right after the work out only. Dont substitute food with shakes. Check out the diet section and go from there.

Most of the people quit after few months so since you just started dont take any aas. Take some time in the gym learn how to lift while maintaining right diet and go from there.

Stick around and research aas if you know you will take em later on...and when you do you will know what you're doing.

Before asking about supplements fix your diet and see what your missing, and again you will find everything your body needs in the diet forums
 
Bro you need to eat stuff like this,
eggs
milk
red meat
fish
pizza once a week or so
pb&j sandwiches as snaks 2-3 per day
nuts but not penuts
hard boiled eggs for snaks
chicken
green veggies
yogurt
cottage cheese

Your workouts need to be built on this,
Deadlift
Backsquat
BBL Bent over rows
Chin ups/Pull ups
Dips
BBL Bench
BBL Overhead press
stay away from machines as much as possible
You dont need cardio at your size, your warm up will be plenty. Like 10 min on bike or treadmill.
And sleep 8-10 hrs per night.
Do this and you will grow.
