I'm at 9% bf and I want to drop to 6%. Albut or Clen ?

I've been trying really hard to drop body fat while maintaining my macros, so I want to try losing fat by using albut or clen. I am a complete noob so here goes (would appreciate good feedback).

-Which is better, clen or albut and why ?
-Is albut oral or injectable ? (I don't want to use pins).
-How long would cycles of each take ?
-Can you give me samples of how I should be dosing on each daily ?



If it matters, my stats are 6'0/190lbs/9% BF.
 
Why do you want to get down to 6%? Below 8% is VERY hard to maintain.

Clen is run for 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Check out the cutting cycle I just posted.

Post a pic too, because most people are higher in bf than they realize. Cleaning up your diet is the easiest way to drop bf.
 
I don't know many people who accurately gauge their BF%. Everyone wants to think they are under 10% but very few people actually are. I usually maintain 12% and have decent abs at that level.

If you are really 9% look into carb cycling and intermittent fasting to cut lower. IF is the only way I have dropped below 10% without losing lbm
