Im falling in a slump.....help!

For the past couple of weeks ive been giving up on the things I like to do. I used to like weight training to get better in basketball. My motivation was always to beat my older brother at least one game of one-on-one (to win his car). Just yesterday, that brother went to jail for drug possession.
But, lately ive been falling in a slump. My friends say that I dont lift weights like I used to, and they also say that when I play ball, that it seems that i dont care no more.
Now, i dont want to play basketball, weight train, or diet. My inspiration was thinking of that better body, making the varsity team in my school, getting the beautiful girls... but now none of that seems to motivate me anymore.

Im doing ok for now. I am 6'1 and I weigh 177 pounds. Im afraid of all my hard work jus going down the drain. :(

What motivates you guys to do better?
 
If you want motivation for working out, this is my suggestion:

Download Kazaa Lite or Ares Lite:

Run a search for Bodybuiling Videos

You should be able to find a couple good training vids. If you can get Ronnie Coleman - The Unbelievable, check that out.

Another suggestion, go watch a bodybuilding show. I don't know if there are any in your area, but after I saw my first BBing show, I had a whole new level of motivation.
 
Get yourself a good BJ from one of those cute girls you know and then tell yourself; " Man, I better keep fit if I want to keep getting this kind of Attention" ???
 
a blow job always chears me up, but other wise bear with it. Youll start seeing results and before you know it youll be exited
