so i have always been pretty smooth almost no body hair.been on hrt for about 1.5 years.about 3 months ago i noticed a little more hair on belly chest shoulders area. its not that much but i notice it.will this stop?i dont want to get any hairier

It will stop at some point. But with higher test levels, it is common to get a little note hair. Hair and beard grow faster/thicker. Nails grow faster.

I would guess you probably will not get hairier since you have been on TRT for 1.5 years. I have been on androgel 7 months. I got hair all over the place. I was told that you only get hair if you were predisposed to body hair to begin with. I'm 59, and I guess my T was low when I was going through puberty, cause I was never this hairy.

Thats bad news. I can't imagine what you will do to manage this side effect as it may or may not subside.
You can always come off HRT and go back to being smooth as before.

Are you masturbating a lot?

He said he's getting hair on his belly, chest and shoulders. Not on the palms of his hands.;)

I've been on trt for over 10 months, and my belly is hairier, and I'm continuing to have more hair on my back. I guess it's karma, because I used to make fun of the guys who wore sweaters to the beach.

The OP faces some tough choices ahead. If he continues on TRT he will have a healthy libido, and optimum well being pretty much for the rest of his life...
But he will grow a bit more body hair that a waxing salon cant take care of. What to do.....what to do????
Such a difficult life choice.
Life is full of heartaches like this.

my moms side of fam is very hairy.i went from no body hair to mild body hair.i liked being smooth :(

I have more good news. If your mom's father lost his hair, there's a pretty good chance you may lose your hair too. And if you're genetically predisposed to hairloss, it'll probably be accelerated with trt.

I have personally not had any negative effects from body hair. Women have never voiced any objection to me on that matter. I have received many positive remarks and compliments from "undesirables" though.

I have more hair on my belly and back but surprisingly no increase on my chest and unfortunately my facial hair is still thin and patchy... 18mths on HRT

Back in my day, 1980 when I first started, my wife found me to be growing hair on my back lumbar region. Then she noticed I was breaking out a little on my back and so she asked a friend and he told her why.... :( She got mad, but quickly got used to it as she did my boners, Ha... :)
The hair stopped very quickly.

Now at my age I am losing hair and I don't have to shave my arms as often as I did. SO it probably will not get out of hand OP. Just shave it off and or have your GF/wife help shave it. Good luck it's all part of it my friend.

im ok with the hair that grew i just dont want MORE

Just wax it off. Its like starting off with a clean slate.
I had tremendous body hair growth on cycle years ago. Waxed it all off and went on HCG mono for years and then TRT for a while. Body hair never got out of control again. I never did wax again.
