I'm pretty sure I'm getting too strong, too fast for my joints and tendons. Do you have any suggestions on what to do? I do 1 set per exercise to failure on 1 day (this way I get a lot of exercises hitting a lot of different muscles) and 3 sets per exercise to failure on another, I rotate.

I was thinking about doing 3 sets per exercise and only doing it till failure on the last set?? And trying to keep the reps high.. 12-15, right now it's more like 6-10.

No idea, but today I did leg press 500-17 (high reps) and my knee started tweaking.. It's not injured really, just feels strained.

I'm sure this is common to people that are juicing (which I plan to do soon) so I want to get this straightened out before it really becomes an issue.

Any suggestions? (training, supplements, etc)

Thanks.

Just some ideas

-Take a joint support such as: Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM, Boron, Fish/krill Oil ect.
A little of each to cover all areas worked better than a lot of one for me..
-Try throwing in a high rep set or two somewhere in your workout to get more blood flowing into the area you are worried about.
-Do dynamic NOT static stretching
-Foam roll
