i'm not all that happy with bloodwork. any thoughts? thanks

Feb 2017 it was 24 from range of 30 - 100 ng/ml

No symptoms I can think of

do you think it's possible that people like you and I with either low or deficient vitamin D levels have had this forever and symptoms can or did finally catch up with them? kind of makes me wonder because I've read a few posts of people that have addressed this issue after finally finding out they were deficient or low and now feel better than ever.
also, I remember last year I was very gradually declining physically and mentally and didn't really notice because it was so slow until I hit a wall and just got weak and really depressed and all of a sudden blood pressure was increasing after always having really good BP.
maybe when you get your level up from 24 you'll feel even better! could be right?

I don't know, but now you've got me worried about it..... Ha, one more thing to fret about

Just kidding, I'm just going to take the 10,000 IU D3 and K2 and not worry about it, see what's going on with my next physical.

What are some of the low D symptoms you've been reading about?

I have and read that fatigue, muscle weakness, elevated BP, ed issues, depression, back and neck pain, etc...
seems a lot like E2 issues.
