*I'm Pregnant!!!*

Hey everyone!!!

Well as the subject says... "I'm Pregnant!" :D
I was supposed to compete in a figure competition in April but this is even better!!

Does anyone have any advice on any exercises that I can do with out harming the baby. Any diet advice would be good I want to make sure it's healthy.

I thought we were gonna wait until we got married before we had kids?? Well, now that the news is out, i didn't know myself that we were having a baby, but i'm pretty excited...

Congratulations on the good news... and as far as i've heard, you can still do a LOT of exercises while pregnant as you always could, but i'm definatly no expert on that. I saw a show on tv about it not too long ago, and i'm pretty sure you don't have much to worry about, maybe near the time of the due date and afterwards, but i mean, i'm sure there's women on here who could give a LOT better advise then that,,, good luck with it all.

Especially during the first trimester you want to watch how high your heart rate is. so go easy on cardio. as far as lifting my sis lifted til the day before she delivered hardly changed anything in her program. and i can say she had the easiest delveries of anyone i have heard.

Hey Everyone thanks for the congrats!! Unfortunately I didn't carry full term, however at this moment I am pregnant again :) 11 weeks 3 days I've had my first ultrasound and so far everything is going great!!, but I am leaving the gym to take it easy so hopefully I wont put on too much weight... Again thanks everyone!*!*!
 
Good luck girl!!! Everything happens for a reason!! This time is the right time for you!! I hope all is well and keep strong mentally and physically!!

Go get your baby vitamins!!! I am so not kidding!! It helps like you can not believe!! Not that i know personally ;) but my mom and friends swear by baby vitamins!!!

Also, i would do light yoga, stretching, low impact aerobics; ie: treadmill, bike, some light dancing... You can be active until you're ready to pop :)
My mom was teaching aerobics with me in her belly lol...
But obviously talk to your doctor first to get a green light.. but you can do it!!
