I just wonder why the hell they even tried to sell it as a supplement? Makes no sense at all. Also saying no side effects is pretty irresponsible of them too. I mean supp companies lying is nothing new but we are talking a suppressive compound here. That's really showing zero concern for the consumers well being man.

Yeah your right. The thing is with something like Osta there is money to be made if it was marketed accurately and ethically. I guess there is more to be made if they lie and mislead people into thinking it is even better than it really is. Pretty damn sad man.
Ironically then the supp industry gets all up in arms when the Gov steps in to regulate. Well maybe if they regulated themselves and behaved within some form of ethical boundary the Government would not need get involved. Or at least maybe not as involved as they are.

I still find it humorous that they're being sued by a competitor. A competitor that's selling something labeled PCT; which imo is almost as irresponsible and misleading.
How did they discover there was ostarine? You know they reverse engineered it to steal the formula lol.

Yeah it funny isnt it? You know their motive certainly wasn't to protect the consumer by placing the lawsuit. Im sure they are no consumer watchdog just another greedy supplement company!
That being said it doesnt change how shitty & misleading IML was being in their marketing of the products.

FDA has had it in for them for a while. They are done. They may not know it yet. THE COMPLAINTANT IS AN ASS TOO. BOTH COMPANIES ARE BARKING UP THE WRONG TREE. THE FDA IS GOING TO GET THEM BOTH OVER THIS.

Yeah I can totally see that happening. I can also see the company behind the lawsuit being a bunch of douche bags. Its clear their motives are self serving and not to help the general public in any way.
