Improving solubility with a peptide

Hello, I want to improve the solubility of a short sequenced peptide. Here is its sequence Thr***8211;Pro***8211;Pro***8211;Thr. Its called glyx-13.
Currently is very poorly soluble in water, only at 2mg/ml.

I saw a few of you guys used vegetable oils, will this increase solubility for compound that are poorly water soluble?

Also id like to note its a suspension.

If so, which route would you advise me to take, to make this peptide more soluble?

Im sorry, for double post, didnt knew which section was appropriate.

Hmmm, I don't think theres gonna be too many people here if any that have any knowledge on this peptide. If it was prescribed to you, which I am assuming this would be how you would obtain it, why weren't directions given to you on how to reconstitute it?

No it is a powder I purchased from china.
Why do you guys use oil for steroids, is it for because some compound dissolve very poor in water, like winstrol? Or is more a counter for the pain when injecting?
