So I been dealing with sinus infection after sinus infection over the past few years and it looks like the constant infection sneaking intoy chest has now led me into asthma.
Any one else dealing with it?
Still plan on training and mountain biking and doing AAS.

As in you have acute attacks that require a rescue inhaler? I had asthma as a kid from seasonal allergies triggering attacks, but I luckily grew out of them. I do get little reminders on tren, or if I get a nasty cold, but ephedrine (Bronkaid) fixes me right up.

I'm a lifelong asthmatic buddy and president of our local asthma society.

If you have been diagnosed with asthma - sorting out your medication is key.

You'll need a 'preventer' (that you take on waking and before bed) - this should alleviate the need to use the 'reliever' (usually salbutamol) that can carry with it some quite uncomfortable sides if overused.

There are a number of preventers on the market, you'll need to work with your doctor to find one suitable for your form of asthma.

NOTE: I don't recall your cycle history, but your asthma will worsen considerably on Tren.
As you will be aware, Tren affects CV capability quite harshly, well this is multiplied hugely if you are an asthmatic, as your peak flow will already be considerably lower than a 'normal' person.

Good luck, and hit me up if you have any other concerns.

Looks like Its chronic halfwit. I just did legs this morning and in between sets I was hacking up. My Rescue inhaler was in the locker room. I thought about using it because I started feeling g light headed and anxious. I held out tho.

I have a round of tren waiting to be used in another month or 2 bigben.... I guess if I wanna be smart I better throw it out.... now I'm pissed!
Any chance using clen with tren would help that?

I've never heard of that helping before... I have heard of a tablet called Montelukast that can help, and as HW said, some people report improved symptoms with ephedrine.

I'd see if it's true spasms of the lungs, or if there's something else going on. Clen does absolutely nothing for my breathing, although albuterol (as a thermogenic too) and ephedrine DO help me. In fact, I absolutely MUST have one or the other during leg day while on tren, or I have a pretty good chance of passing out.

I didn't know you were asthmatic Ben! I too have heard of montelukast helping, but haven't tried it yet. (Singulair)

Dr had me on singular prior to asthma diagnosis. No clue why. Did nothing. It's more for allergies. May help with tren tho huh?
I startend using bronkaid a few years ago to cut a bit and noticed how awesome it made my chest feel. I prob had asthma longer and didn't know it.
I thought clen is an old Asthma med. Like albuterol.
So if I use an inhaler 2 x /day and have a rescue inhaler on hand, and decide to use bronkaid on leg day, basically I would be replacing the rescue inhaler?

Ben, do you use an inhaler and what not? Been reading some guys have been able to drop it provided they maintain a good cardio program
But I see some guys won't do cardio outside for fear of dust or allergen may set the Asthma off

I very rarely use my salbutamol reliever Anzel... but that is because I put time and effort to find the perfect preventer for me...

My preventer is a blend of beclometasone/formoterol - brand name 'Fostair' - and this keeps symptoms under control really well.

The very rare occasion I would use my Salbutamol reliever would be if I was exposed to cats, or if I over exerted myself cardiovascularly.

I would never drop my preventer, as that is just crazy... it gives me no sides and the peace of mind I get from it means I can push as hard as I like.

Ok so there is an alternative. I will look into that. Maybe it would work for me too. Thanks!

Asthma and sinus polys hit me ten yrs ago. pretty suddenly. Workouts of any kind would open my sinuses. Had poly surgery then and will be having that again this month. My gut tells me it is hormone related but not sure how. I use the pro air disk and that keeps the asthma at bay but the polys only respond to prednisone. I can use over the counter nasal steroids and the sinus flush stuff and that gives some relief. Good luck.

I have asthma, and i deal with the chronic sinus problems, and sinusitis. .. its a bitch.. but dont give up because of it!!! Its a battle that you have to,take control of! I know certain times of the year im gonna have some problems, the BIG changes. Winter to spring/summer... flowers... pollen,, ugh.humidity sucks donkey balls!!! Into winter, when change is gradual it is much easier to deal with or medicate so you dont experience all the sides. But when experience what we have ,like this year. 70degree temps, to below freezing in a single day. And then do this for a few weeks... what a hell hole we love in!

Gtfo!!! You are allergic to,cats!! You found my weakness!!! Every superhero has one!!dont feel bad!! Red swollen eyes like jelly, sneezing, itching, and of. Course respiratory. .. weezing..

Yeah I have no polyps no obstructions, ENT says its environmental as far as my sinuses go. So surgery doesn't look like it will help.
I read that 40 % of asthma sufferers have sinus issues.
