In need of dietary help too skinny

I'm 5'11 and weigh 126lbs.

I've always been skinny and only recently for around 3 months have I started eating lots and working out more than I ever have done.

In 3 months I've put on 12lbs which I'm proud of but it seems like I've just peaked and can't get the scales to go above 126lbs every week. To make things worse, if I get a cold or if I'm out and I'm hungover the next day and don't eat I lose like 2lbs, so I've bought some multivitamins to take everyday and I'm stopping the drink for a good while until I bulk out a bit.

I'm not looking to be massive, or gain a bodybuilder physique either, I'm looking to mainly get to around 150-160lbs keeping my BF% at the low level it's been all my life (Had a 6 pack for as long as I can remember) so that when I get into boxing I have that power behind me when fighting older guys who are nothing but fat really.

Also, my training regime needs to change as I tend to lump everything into 3 days a week. So if someone is able to point me in the right direction or refer me to a good training regime to bulk out well I'd very much appreciate it.
P.S I've contacted 3J as well, just don't know if spending anymore money is wise right now.
