infected my test?

Today I did another injection, but forgot to clean the top of the vial I was already in there with the needle when I found out I forgot it, I pulled the needle out and cleaned the top, took a new needle and did the rest of the procedure

But now I'm wondering could the test inside the vial be infected because of my mistake?
