I am curious to know how vitamin A can affect a pump in general?

Just go hit some bi's up at the gym and training / eating right will give you enough of a pump!

Vitamin A in large amounts gives you really bad diarrhea and enough of it can kill you. Eskimo tribes (sorry I'm politically incorrect) avoid polar bear livers because they have so much Vitamin A eating it will cause the skin around your mouth to peel off. Personally, I see no reason to supplement Vitamin A. You need so little of it and the body stores everything it can get. And why are you injecting it into a muscle? Do you have a deficiency?

Bicep injections are great in my opinion, but most people go through the peak, which is a big mistake. You should go down the outer bicep into the muscle. This is less irritating and lowers the chance of injecting in between the 2 muscles.

As for vitamins, the answer is no. The idea is to get vitamins into your blood stream, so either IV (not recommended for amateurs), IM or SubQ in a fairly lean spot. That being said, never considered Vit. A injections and don't see any benefit.

Bicep and to a lesser extent tricep/lat/trap pins scare the shit out of me. No pump could be worth it imo

Been incorporating bis/tris/traps into my shot rotations for awile now with no issues. More sites you use the less scar tissue you accumulate especially with short ester eod shots

Hi, Krazydiamond. I have never had issues with scar tissue building up just rotating between my left and right glute in my first two cycles. I was running a shorter ester compound (NPP) and injecting every other day. After this cycle, any scar tissue seem to have broken down and gone away (which again, was not much to begin with). However, with future cycles do you tend to produce more scare tissue or is it all depending on how often you pin, how fast your tissue heals, etc.?
