Hey everyone,
I've looked around but I couldn't find the answer to my question and Im sure people have already seen this question before. So I was just wondering cause I started my sus250 cycle yesterday. After the shoot was done on my thigh I already felt a bit of 'stiffness' and pain in the localized area where the shoot was done. I understand that because it is an oil and all that, but are there things I can do to make it feel better or decrease the sensation of someone having punched me there? Massage, flex the muscle? anything....? thanks

massaging the site after an injection, a warm shower, not moving/shaking the pin so much all could help.

sustanon tends to be a sore jab for some. especially if you're opening a new site.

After the first few this will subside. You can try Ibuprofen to reduce inflammation.
