my next cycle will be 750 mg of test enat. and 300mg of eq a week is it more effective to take 3cc of test in one shot or divide it 250mg mon wed and fri ?

Split up the test............. and up the EQ to a minimium of 400mg/week for at least 10 weeks.

With test enanthate I would do two shots week, say Monday and Thursday - 375mg each (or 1.5cc assuming 250mg/ml). No need to go 3 times a week, 2 being ideal to keep the blood levels more consistent.
