Injection Sites

I forgot one question. 200mg of test cyp twice a week. Where should I inject it? I currently inject 100mg test cyp once a week into my ass on my Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). Same place? rotate sides? I read on here some guys inject in their thigh. Any benefit? And although I only use 100mg/week, I feel no pain at the injection site. Is that due to the low amount? Should I expect pain with 200mg?

Any advice you can give is greatly appreciated.

Rotate. I used the twice weekly thing for a couple weeks now I changed it up to an 8 day schedule (to each there own right) I do my left thigh/delt on first 4 day rotation then right thigh/delt on second 4 day rotation. Once every 8 days per injection site should be fine of 1 or 2 ml. I do a ml in thigh (testc 250) and a ml in delt (deca 200)
So for you every 3 to 4 days rotating cheeks should be fine. If you prefer to use more spots then use delts as well. You will only hit each spot once every 2 weeks.

I like the triceps.. I could easily just do triceps for injections which for me is 3 pins a week.

You might have some slight pain for several days in virgin injection spots. I had it this past week with my thighs but it was minimal using test c and went away after 4-5 days completely, didn't prevent me from walking or anything I could just feel it if I flexed really hard or pushed my fingers into the spot where I injected, it was minimal. I don't suspect it will return. Test c is usually pretty painless overall.

By rotating injection sites, you keep your receptors fresh and prevent unwanted scar tissue.

I generally just rotate between delts and quads. I have more control shooting those spots. I also use slin pins to shoot and they are always so smooth.
