injury preventing training

feeling a little depressed today as I have partially detached ligaments and 2 minor fractures on my ankle so I won't be able to do any exercises that involve using weight standing up.

anyone else had a simlar injury to their ankle?
 
i had achilles tendonitis last month and couldn't work out at all. lil pressure hurts a lot same goes with walking so i had been limpin. what I did was i stopped working out completely and that's really it.

working out with an injury is a 50/50. if you worked out and it didn't hurt, then continue. if it did, don't man it up and just stop
 
I tore the ligaments on the top of my foot which was weird, just strapped it up and used an ankle brace. I also had knee surgery which keeps you off your legs for a while.
