Injury Question.

Alright guys,

I've been suffering a sprained neck for the last 4-5 weeks due to (wrestling) training. I was told from the physio it should heal up within three or so weeks but its still aching.

My question. Has anyone suffered a sprain to the neck and if so how long did it take to heal. Just a have a couple of matches in 4 weeks and Im getting a bit anxious bout it.

If things dont get better you might just want to skip the matches, no need to take the risk.
