After contraction of a completed rep, do you think its best to return feet to parallel position... to almost parallel position(some tension still placed on calf)... or do you believe in going past parellel/fully stretching the muscle before completing second rep?..
 
When you stretch past parallel it creates tears in the fascia around the muscle. So it makes sense to do it. But once you lose that feeling of it being stretched, there's really no need to go beyond parallel because you've already torn the fascia.
