hi guys,
Ordered some Humalog today and wanted to run my diet after the injection by you all to make sure it sounds ok, and to offer any suggestions. Im looking for minimum fat gain so im only going to be doing it PWO for now.
9:00am: pancakes (made with egg whites + two full eggs with yolks) with apples/ 46 gram whey shake
10-2:00pm: apple, carrot
2:30pm: multigrain pasta / 46 gram whey protein shake
7:00pm: train
8:30pm: 7 IU humalog, 46gram protein/70 gram Waxy Maize shake
9:15pm: 1 chicken breast with sweet potato and a can of soda
12:00am: 1 chicken breast with broccolli
1:00am: 46 gram protein shake (whey/casien) and BED
I dont usually do the multigrain pasta everyday but with this routine i would. I usually do a turkey sandwhich on whole wheat. Do you think replacing it with the pasta would be too many carbs?
Also, im especially concerned with your guy's thoughts on the Waxy Maize PWO, since i could not find much info on that here.
Im used to eating a giant tunafish grinder on wheat after my workouts, which helps fill me up untill i eat the chicken before bed later. But i understand a tunafish grinder would not be ideal after shooting insulin. So, any ideas you guys have of PWO meals that are a bit more filling (but safe to eat with little to no fat gain following a slin shot) are much much appreciated.
Other drugs: Testosterone Enanthate 1500mg/week, EQ 800mg/week, Dbol 50mg/day, Aromasin 10mgs/day, Finasteride 1.25mg/day
