insulin,clen,t-3

i'm getting everything in order for my precontest diet to start in a little less then a month and have a few ?'s

t-3 is used about 6 weeks in a row (according to the stacking info in articles forum)

has anyone gone longer?
is 75 mcg the highest dose you've gone (i read somewhere that you use 1 mcg per pound of body weight, sounds crazy to me)?
how soon before show do you end t-3?

i can use clen for 12 weeks, 2 on 2 off correct ( with eca stack on off weeks of course)?

since insulin and clen should'nt be used together( i read that clen cancels out insulin or something in that regards), i take it on the off weeks of clen, correct?
how long before show should i quit using insulin?

i hope that these ?'s make sense and there is not to many of them. thanks serious competitors for any reply's
 
why would you take insulin if you are dieting?

t3 is not readily absorbed by everybody.

use dnp and dont worry about all that other stuff. it is the best fat burner on the market, bar none. usnic acid is a close second and very effective as well.

i got some more news for ya too. you dont need any of that stuff to shed BF. you can get stronger and put muscle on while dieting for a show. esp if you starting 12 to 16 weeks out. you may need a few diuretics the last couple of days but thats it. and they may not be necessarry either.

i am not a BBer but I know how to manipulte nutrtion to bulk or lean out while doing the same drugs and the same routine.

please dont take anyones word for anything regarding your health. hit the books before you injest any substance to make sure you know exactly what you are doing to your body. you only got one. and these boards aint the books you need to be hitting. clinical studies, with real lab results tell the story.

i may sound like a rookie with all those ? but i've used all three of these thing before and have competed before. the last three years i've been powerlifting so its been awhile since i've been on stage. i competed naturally before crossing over, 4 years ago. i know how to get lean without these things. i never placed lower then 2nd in any bodybuilding show i've done with most of them 1st's (natural) i've been lifting seriously for 10 yrs now.

i've looked into dnp but don't think i want to try it.

i've used clen and t-3 alone in the past 3 years just to lean up some for summer but not together for something as extreme as a bodybuilding show.

i know guys at the national level are using insulin successfully during a precontest diet. just wondering if anyone here had experience with it while dieting.

i'm 29 yrs old, 5'8, and 240lbs at about 10% bodyfat (i can still see my abs)

i'm planning to make a run at nationals next year so this year i need to requalify ( i qualified when i was natural )

i'm not being a smart-ass just some back ground for you.

I used insulin but only in bulk phase not when iam cutting for a show or a contest.The pro use the insulin all year round no matter if they are cutting or not but they use also gh,igf and high doses of anabolics and drugs.If you are going to use insulin in cutting phase then you are
playing with your life.Too many pro do that and they fall to coma.Paul dullet,mike matzarro and too many others ....
 
insulin causes the body to store fat so for cutting it is more than useless, it is working against you.

i too am a PLer. 6' 300lb. I rarely diet but have trained several BBers and helped them to lean out and not loose any muscle. they actualy got stronger during dieting. how many guys can say that? these guys also dont use any of the things you mentioned. for cutting Winstrol (winny) and high doses of tren is all you need in conjunction with proper diet.

no offence taken at anything you said and i hope i didnt come off as an ass hole myself.

i am not a fan of messing with the thyroid. if it ever messes up you are in a fix for the rest of your life. thyroid probs can be very serious. amazig that such a small gland can have such a big impact on ones emotional well being.

i am not a fan of insulin either. playing with fire.

i am a fan of juice as it can be done safely with little side effects if done correctly with proper anti Es and clo. certain juices are to avoided while others can be done year round.

thanks for the replies, don't worry about my feelins just keep it real. i can handle it. i'll get some before pics up and let you know how it goes.
