Insulin protocols

I've read a lot of bullshit on the Internet about insulin use for anabolic reasons, but that doesn't mean that insulin use is all bullshit.

I'm curious to read about protocols and use and specific examples of insulin use. I don't want to hear about another bullshit theory or that "everyone big uses it" (which isn't true).

I want to hear about real people that have or haven't had success from insulin use and I want to know all the particulars. Size, changes, protocol, diet, etc.

Not sure if we have anyone on this forum with this experience, but if you do then please speak up!

Thanks!

Have to be honest here, I don't. I never touched insulin T3, T4 or armor. Have basic knowledge about it yes but to give an experienced opinion or specifics I wish I could help you. Slin was just a chance I didn't want to take, too many variables IMO

Even having knowledge about it I would never give anyone advise unless I my self have had first hand expierence with it.

insulin gains for me when added to a steroid stack are ridiculous (in a good way)

its definitely not for beginners and you need to research lots as you will go hypoglycemic at least a few times and you need to know what to do or you'll pass out

our reason for using insulin is to use its ability to shuttle nutrients to the muscles at a very high rate

diet needs to be nailed and strict when the slin is active because along with protein it also shuttles fat

I've used insulin previously, but not for more than a month at a time. I've worked some of the kinks out, that is to say i know pretty well how my body reacts to it so i'm pretty comfortable using it-

I don't know if this would be of any interest to you, but i've just started the 'fat bastards guide to insulin' protocol. I'd thought of logging it on a couple different boards because no one else seems to have done so.

I have to say that when i used it with deca, prop right after a show, i didn't see crazy gains. I put on about 22 lbs. in three weeks but a good bit of that was due to eating a lot of calories right after a 3 month hard dieting phase. I gained water and fat, but i feel that i may have maintained well post cycle partially due to the insulin.

everyone seems to connect the fat bastard protocol with Author L. Rea, but if you read his article and then read Oliver Starr's article, it seems that Mr. Starr was the originator of it and there are also a couple of differences in Mr. Starr's version.

yeah, insulin is pretty much the only compound that can easily leave us dead an hour later.

Thanks.

"It is fairly well-documented that 5-10 iu insulin alone is not enough to be life-threatening, even without ingestion of carbohydrates. Although it is difficult to pin down exactly what a lethal dose of insulin is, due to individual insulin sensitivity and other factors such as the type of insulin used, a lethal dose has been estimated as high as between 800 and 3,200 iu."

It isn't that dangerous

Im comfortable using insulin and it does help me keep quality weight on. I have an extremely fast metabolism so for me I can handle taking the the simple sugars after injection. Then its steak and potatoes. I usually do between 15 and 20iu, with 80 to 100g on sugar carbs within 20 minutes. Then eat a good meal and with this setup I can maintain weight during off time. People are different though for example my buddy does 10iu and then cleans out the fridge in a sweaty panic. Just to sensitive to the stuff for him.

If you do your homework and have any kind of discipline, the dangers of insulin are negligible. You can make some insane size and strength gains when using insulin. I've used up to 10 i.u.'s after a workout, and also used 4 i.u.'s with carbs before a workout. Most people strongly recommend against the before workout slin but I liked it.

With the amount of carbs people generally take after an insulin shot, the chances of something bad happening are verrrrrrrrrry slim. You figure a glucose pill is only 5 grams of sugar.

I appreciate everyone's comments. I've read every one and every one has been informative. I'm leaving positive karma as well.
