Hi everyone who reads this,

Im trying to lose some BF before doing a cycle, not sure what my bf is but its higher than it should be, im 6'1'' and 120kg / 264 lbs.

just want to see some peoples opinions on the figures below (these are for today)

Kcal 1911.95
Fat 48.03
Cabs 122.9
Protein 245.47
 
try to do cardio in the morning on a empty stomach and dont eat carbs after 7pm
