Interested in gaining mass

Interested in leaning out

STATS:
5'3 1/2
161 lbs currently (normally 153)
(btw, my avatar pic is of me at 157)

GOALS:
I am attempting to be become more lean than ever.* I'd love to be between 145 - 150 lbs

DIET:
I am thinking about going back to just fruits and veggies only.* Kidney beans were my main source of protein.*

TRAINING:
1 - 1.5 hr cardio/3 days per week (usually elliptical and/or stairmaster)

4 x 12 - 15 reps of my normal weight training

Arms/Shoulder DAY 1
Cardio******* DAY 2
Legs****** DAY 3
Cardio******* DAY 4
Chest/Back*** DAY 5
Cardio******* DAY 6


Just got on a T-Booster as of yesterday.* Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It's hard for me to find those but I'll try. Had clen for 3 wks about 2 wks prior which I finished. 40mcg, 2 @ 3x daily. Try all at once you say?
 
yes ma'ma.
and t3/clen cycle works well my girl loved it. But while on you would need to use some var along with it.
Var will help build the mass and the T3/clen will cut you down.
with out using var in that cycle the T3/clen will eat way at the mass you have now.

if you have never used Var or the others search the womens section for those words and you will find lots about them.

as for finding them try RUI at the top of the page and look to the right its eZZZ to find.
