Interpreting my blood work

If anyone can, I'd like some second opinions on my blood work. Physicians assistant suspects a thyroid issue and is recommending me to an endo to investigate further.

Background:

24 y/o male
175lbs, 15% bf
Symptoms:
Years of depression, mood swings, inability to gain much muscle despite proper training*, chronic lethargy, poor sleep, no motivation, difficulty taking full breaths, frequent urination

*Neurologically, I have been able to gain strength, just not much muscle at all. Best lifts raw at 165 are 360/245/420

Blood results attached, but if it didnt upload from my phone right:

Platelet count: 134 LO
TSH: 5.410 HI
Test. Tot S: 869.2 HI
Test. Free, serum: 6.32
SHBG: 66 HI
Prolactin serum: 14.8
Estradiol: 33.65

I was shocked to see my total T so high. I was sure I had low t due to all the symptoms. If anyone can help me out thatd be great.

Don't know why your total test is flagged high, but your TSH is what leads your doc to believe you have thyroid problems. I'd definitely go see the endo and see what he has to say.

Looks to me like you could be slightly anemic, your PRL is most likely contributing to your sexual disfunction and is causing your SHBG to rise. Def an issue, but would need a lot more info to even begin to try and figure out why your having these issues.

The high TSH means your thyroid is going slow.

Thanks for the reply. Is the low free testosterone a big deal to you? It makes me scratch my head to see my total T being so damn high, and yet never being able to put on muscle in my life. Permanent 14" arms.

When I go back to the doc, or see an endo, is there some sort of test I should be asking for specifically or will the results I posted here be enough for him to dig deeper on?

Also, what role does the SHGB being so high have to do with all of this? My doc seemed particularly alarmed by that value.

Really, So I guess I have a fast moving Thyroid.

don't cut yourself bro. You need to get that checked asap with your platelet count. MY woman is a critical care nurse and she said not good.
