What has been an effective dose for the PT-141?

I'll give it a try tonight. I'm going to start out with 0.5 mg., so afraid of a 4 hour bonner!

The .5 mg did the job. 4 hours after, BAM! Problem was, "All dressed up with no place to go". My pause seem to be up 10 bpm for the next day though, possible side?

could be. 10bpm isnt very much. Heck increased libido and exxual interest leads to increased heart rate ..could be that..

I know this thread is a little older, but I just purchased some PT141 to try out. I am having a problem where I can get a raging hard on so powerful that it makes a redwood look like a willow. I can get one with the slightest sign of desire from my wife (liquid Cia from RUI is THE BOMB!!!!!). My problem is I cannot finish...no shazam at the end...I can get to that point where you KNOW you are going to orgasm...and then it just never happens. It is, obviously, quite frustrating. So now that I have the properly blood flow ensured, I am adding the electrical impulses to the mix and hoping to find Valhalla...
I will let you all know. Most places I have read say0.5mg is a low dose, 1mg is a normal dose, and 1.5 is a large dose. They said to expect a 2 to 4 hour time period before it hits and then it will work for 2 to 4 days. They say it stays good in the fridge for a month without degradation, but I plan on treating it like HCG (which I am also taking).
If this does not do the trick, I will have to go to my doctor and have him fix me for real. I like him, he is the one who originally gave me a script for "boner pills" because I mentioned I was going on a Caribbean cruse. He said they were for "just in case". He keeps refilling the script when it runs out, but my insurance company does not pay for very many pills per month...hence RUI.

An update - I took 1mg of IPT-141, along with my daily dose of 0.3mg liquid Cia. Combined together, they are a force to be reckoned with! Talk about the wow factor. Size and tensile strength were up (I swear I could have dented steel plates), as well as desire and feelings of affection. It took a bit, but it WAS able to override the effects of the SSRI I recently started taking. The SSRI's side effect was the lack of ability to achieve orgasm - a very frustrating thing I am sure you can understand. IPT-141 was enough to push it over the edge, though it was a battle. Staying power was LONG - to the point that I am glad I am in such better shape else I would have tuckered out first, but I did achieve success finally.
So anyone with said issues, I can recommend IPT-141 to you.
EDIT: While I had the most powerful feelings of desire after about 3 hours, I had the best sexual results from it two days after taking it. The desire portion has already diminished greatly (not that I needed that part).

Id agree ipt peaks around the 2nd day. SSRI's are notorious for preventing you from achieving climax man. Funny thing thats a sign my PRL is elevated as well, my inability to achieve orgasm but go on and on..

A drug to treat depression that removes a man's ability to achieve orgasm, and therefor effectively fail in bed, is not a very good thing...
Luckily for me, I research the crap out of things and found this forum to give me other tools to overcome such limitations.
Yeah talk about something that would increase stress and anxiety- not being able to orgasm would be one for sure!@
I will be trying pt 141 again soon....I believe my dr gave me too much and I got the worst headache, nausea flushing and discomfort ever.

I was wondering, there are warnings about if you have an erection for over 4 hours seek medical help because of possible damage to the penis. Should we/I be concerned?
